cold to warm? rio volt for 163.99 shipped but 1 week back order

Just did a search on pricewatch and the price comes out to $149 but a whopping $14.99 for shipping! well heres the link text Heh actually I had a little trouble finding the thing on the site but I finally got it. Click category/ music players/ and the last item down should be the Rio Volt.

The site also looks kinda ghettoish but I guess this is an Ok deal


EDIT: Ok I just did another search on pricegrabber.com and found that outpost.com has it for 169.95 shipped ( no tax for ca residents and free shipping ) So pay $5.96 more and buy from a more reputable company.

Outpost is out of stock on the Rio Volt. They state shipping in 1 to 2 weeks. However, I spoke to a CSR and they have 250+ on backorder and have no expectancy date from the supplier. So the 1 to 2 wks expected shipping date is a mirage. I just went ahead and ordered from amazon and paid the $7 shipping. No big deal.

Actually, Rio Volt is this product repackaged for $145 + $10 Priority Mail shipping makes it $155 shipped. The best deal anywhere

There was a whole shelf full of these at the CompUSA in West Los Angeles the other day. Only place I've seen them in a 30 mile radius.

I believe that they are like 200 at compusa. Probably best to wait. But don't buy from easybuy2000. They just suck in everything they do.

LukFilm: There have been considerable discussions here on whether or not the AVC Soul is truly just a repackaged riovolt. While they would appear to be the same unit, several reviews users dug up specifically pointed out areas where the AVC was much worse than the RioVolt. So, proceed carefully....
