we bought some stuff at federick's hollywood with the 20% off sale. but the quality of the products are nothing like the pictures you see on their website. they look cheap.
we returned them to federick's via usps priority mail. after almost two months, they are telling us they didn't receive it!! some csr will say "it takes 60-90 days for the return to be processed" and tell me to wait. some say I need to contact the postal office. they tell me unless I can tell them who received the package they can't track it.
I think either federick's hollywood lost my package or they simply didn't bother to process the return since the return package wasn't sent insured.
does anyone know if I can file a dispute with my credit card company and get my money back in situations like this? thanks
