Hi,

Lately, I have experience some very strange cold boot problem.
whenever I power on my pc, there is nothing will come up on the screen, I don't see anything, don't hear the
ticking of the memory check, (but the fan on power supply, cpu etc is running) and the LED on the monitor turn yellow indicating that there is no signal to the monitor
or it's in sleep mode ( the monitor shouldn't be in sleep mode because I disable the feature )

then if I power down the PC ( hold the power button for > 4 seconds )
( reset button doesn't seem to be working at that time either )
and power it up again, everything will operate normally! ( sometimes will have to do this twice or 3 times)
do you have any idea what may cause this?

Thank you and look forward to your answer,

What processor do you have?

Perhaps you should try the latest BIOS for your motherboard, version 1014 beta 001.

Why do you have the BIOS without hardware monitoring? Just about every P2B has hardware monitoring.

230Watts is a little small, but should be fine unless you added more hardware recently.

Again, what processor do you have?
