I have cold boot problem with my "Gigabyte MA790XT-UD4P" motherboard. It worked fine for a few weeks, and suddenly problems started. After pressing power on - boot starts and after a few seconds boot manager shows (till now, everything is fine). When I choose operating system, either Windows (XP 32-bit), either Linux (Mint Gloria 64-bit) - OS loading starts and after some time (3 - 10 seconds) computer freezes. Ctrl+Alt+Del doesn't work, only reset button do the job of restarting computer. After few attempts (10 days ago one reset was enough but today I have to restart like this for 4 or 5 times) OS loads and I can work without any problems. Also, if computer restart (warm boot) is needed - it works fine. But if I turn computer off, and after few hours try to turn it on again - same problem appears. Does anyone have any idea what to do / where to look?
