I picked Coke cause it's way fucking better than Pepsi. N/A on the Diet ones cause I don't drink that garbage. And it's POP muthafuckas.

I generally use the word 'pop' to describe sugary, carbonated beverages.

Pepsi tastes better than coke but that's totally my personal opinion and not the sort of thing that can really be agreed upon between any two people. You like what you like for whatever reason you like it but I don't give a shit because I like Pepsi because I like the way it tastes.

Diet soda tastes like shit because artificial sweeteners taste like shit. All the slick marketing in the world can't get around this fact.

my grandmother, who was born born in Nova Scotia, refers to carbonated beverages as "Soda Water." I've never heard this anywhere else, ever.

Oh and soda. I made a concerted effort to switch from calling it "pop" to "soda" (I'm from Minnesota and most people here call it pop). I knew someone from Belgium who called it lemonade though (no, seriously, soda was lemonade... no idea what actual lemonade was called in that case).
 
Diet Coke from the fountain at the 7-11 up the street with the Lemon & Vanilla flavor buttons pressed is GOOD SHIT. One of the best sodas I've ever had. The buttons add Vanilla/Lemon/Cherry to any of their fountain drinks. I tried all 3 in a Coke and it was just too busy tasting.
 
Well coke off a hookers stomach is always the best but after that it's pepsi / diet pepsi / and I call them both so place a option for that.
