Pepsi always wins taste tests.

It's because people hear "coke" and assume they like it better because its more popular.

Either way, most people don't know what real pepsi or coke tastes like, with real sugar.

Royal Crown is by far the best. It's crisp and clean, not sugary like Coke and Pepsi and I think it's the only one still flavored with cola nuts. Coke/Pepsi is for kids whose brains are still at the 'sweeter is better' level of thought. I challenge everyone who voted for Coke/Pepsi to try RC

Ever heard of Dublin Dr. Pepper? Made with 100% pure cane sugar. But it's hard to come by even here in Texas.

Coke will win, Coke almost always wins (and rightfully so). And if Coke released it's sugar-based product in more American stores, the margin would be even more lopsided.

For some reason, I despise Coke. It leaves a weird "gritty" feeling on my teeth that persists for a while. Pepsi does no such thing, and tastes better to boot.

Although, Dr. Pepper kicks both their asses. Except Wild Cherry Pepsi gives it a run for its money. So do some Mt. Dew flavors (Code Red in particular, but the Grape one last Halloween wasn't bad).

One of these days someone needs to come up with a better question/poll for this debate. Something like "Which Cola Company is Better?" Because then you get the Dr. Pepper vs. Mt. Dew, Minute Maid vs. Slice, and Cherry Coke vs. Wild Cherry Pepsi debates all in one question. Coke Co. still wins, but Pepsi Co. is closer as a whole.
