My dad and I made a coffee table. Finally finished it up so thought i'd share a pic.

I like it. I would never put something like that in my house but it's cool.

The design and wood working wasnt that long. Just rasturbated an image to size. The painting my dad took a ton of time to do since he taped it all off. The bottom part he finished this weekend and didn't take too long. It attatches together with swing door hooks so it can be broken down to move, but is "solid" to put stuff on and all.

I'd say the painting was like a 4 day a few hours a day thing, the rest was probably 6-8 hours?

If i want to take it to an extreme I could put glass on my combo tube amp for an end table i guess lol

Nope, it is about 1/8" of epoxy resin.
