coffee substitute?

soft drinks in general have a pretty high caffeine content, and the diet ones have about double their non-diet cousins.
Though i doubt these really qualify as healthy substitutes :roll:

Even a bit of sugar is not all that bad. A teaspoon of sugar is enough to give a mild sweet taste and is only about 15 calories. Obviously if we increase that to a tablespoon it's 50, which still isn't too bad if you don't eat much (snack, candy, etc.). That's some pretty sweet coffee, though.
 
Caffeine in moderation is a great way to wake up. Coffee is also rich in anti-oxidants. If it is "healthy" you are looking for, stick with the coffee.
