Used to be a heavy coffee drinker for many years and drank up to 4 cups a day but decided to quit cold turkey last week. After initial headaches from withdrawal I'm feeling a bit better. I had to quit since I was way too dependant on the caffiene and sugar high I got from coffee and plus I didn't care for what it did to my stomach.
Now I just stick to water, diet soda and pure juices.
