Tap water, since we live right next to Lake Erie and the tap water can't be beat, but it does cause calcium problems for our Bunn. Oh well, so it only lasts 15 years instead of 20... <shrug>

Little kids pee in Lake Erie. Adults pee in Lake Erie. Runoff from a huge watershed ends up in Lake Erie.

You can just run vinegar through it every so often to get it back up to the 20 years 😛
 
I have never once ever thought of using filtered water... interesting.

I use tap water, and I use pre-ground tim hortons blend coffee... tastes pretty good to me...
