Codegen Server Case With Lock on Wheels - $49

With a 350W power supply (hope it is Codegen which is AMD approved). This thing rocks.
Drawback - motherboard tray cannot be removed, you have to work it lying down (case I mean).

Check their power supplies. They have Sparkle 350 for $49 shipped. That is the best price on the web for the best 350W power supply around (arguably of course).
 
I have the server case, not a very good case if you are going to move around the 3.5" devices very often, since access the 3.5" device case is kinda a hassle. Other than that the case is fine. 🙂
 
I have two of the server cases purchased from http://www.aberdeeninc.com/abcatg/CA705.htm that only came with a 300W PS and were $70 before shipping a year ago. [Actually I got Aberdeen to ship me two for the price of one-NEVER hurts to just ASK!]

The case is average quality, but having 7 open front 5 1/4" bays rocks. Gotta have places to put all of those "Hot Deals". In each I have 2 CDRWs, 1 DVD, 3 removable HDs plus 1 internal, and a front panel connector plate. With all of those drives connected, the 300W Codegen runs an Abit KT7a RAID & 1800 Althon or IWILL XP333 RAID just fine. Getting a 350W is even better. The wheels are a great bonus because I am always tinkering and can wheel it out & in of its spot. I got these because after a LONG search, it is the shortest [albeit deep] case that had 7 5 1/4" drive bays for less than $100.
 
I ordered 2 of them from www.bassotech.com. I searched on price watch and they had them for $39.00 phone-in must mention pricewatch. Ispoke to Angel and they had them shipped same day. Shipping from Fla to NJ was 20.00 each ground. They provided a tracking number via fedex but I have not recieved them yet. Seems lokie a HOT deal to me. Although it does say 300watt power supply on Pricewatch.
