Code tag in OS?

I'd say OS could use the code tag.
It's not too rare that scripts, config files, etc etc are pasted there, and the code tag could definitely make stuff like that easier to read.

Pretty please? With sugar on top.

Kinda like a quote, only it ensures that indentions and such are displayed properly.
Try pasting pretty much any kind of code or config files into a "regular" quote and it'll become extremely annoying to read.
