Code 10--HELP!

Im using a belkin 54g wireless network usb adapter, and i just put windows media
center on my gamers machine. and now i get a device cannot start (code 10)
on my device manager. it works on all the other computers i try it on, including this one.
ive tried uninstalling it, reinstalling it, switching my onboard usb ports bad to 1.1
and all that. updating my bios. all that jazz, and still i get this device cannot start (code 10)
im really hating the fact that microsoft invented code 10. someone PLEASE help me!

remove the device from device manager, reboot.

Insert device and let it redetect.
Then grab your windows\setupapi.log file and post the last few entries here.
