COD4 and MX518

Quick question guys,

How do you tell before joining the server ifs its hardcore or normal. I want to play on normal servers but is it random or is there a way to configure hardcore and normal? Some servers name indicate hardcore but some doesnt so just wondering.

no way currently, unless the server description says so.

right click=move backward
mouse wheel= change weapons

thumb button 1=use/pick up weapons

How do you get kills besides nades?

left ctrl=primary fire
left alt=alternate fire
shift=jump
space=melee
capslock=sprint
a=crouch
s=prone
z=left strafe
x=right strafe
c=stun grenade

wth? some of you guys have the most convoluted setups ever.
i'm guess you never crouch and move and shoot at the same time? i don't see how it could be done with that set up.

wasd for movement
f for crouch (My pinkie hates stretching to control)
e and q for lean
z for prone
space for jump
shift for sprint
v for melee

Mouse wheel for changing weapons
Mouse1= fire
mouse2=scope
mouse3=grenade
mouse4=voice

Works a treat... Keep your normal buttons but make a COD4 profile that kicks in when you launch the game

Easily done. I've been using this setup for close to 12 years now.
The trick is to feel..the force. Don't think; let the force guide you.😀
