When are we going to see new maps? Was there anything released to allow players to make their own maps?

getting tired playing the same old maps over and over again. or is that why they are supposedly releasing CoD3 so soon?
 
I completely agree. Need more maps. Another pet peeve of mine is that it seems like all of the servers simply leave every map in the rotation.

yeah, probably because there aren't many maps to begin with...

there's only a few maps that i really like and they're all city maps (Carentan, Villers-Bocage, and Beltot - think those are the names)
