I can't figure out which roads they were racing on here in the DC area - but, it looks like I-495. Not really the place where you want to conduct such a race.

White tshirts are the apparel of choice for aspiring thugs.

RSX base is 160, type s is 200. However probably more important is that there are so many mods and so much know how for the engines, it's insane. You can swap out the short block on the Type S for an accord block (2.4L vs 2.0L) and make a relative torque monster. Even better, this swap lowers compression which makes it easier to boost. Other build up paths include valvetrain/spring build up and upping redline to 9k.
