Coca Tea anyone? (not Cocoa)

Anyone ever drink coca tea from Peru? My friend just returned from a vacation in Peru and brought back a box of coca tea. The coca leaf is the same leaf that cocaine is manufactured with. I Havent had any yet....

It's just tea. From what I hear you get the lightest buzz in the world, almost caffeine like.

yeah, I hear it's pretty lightweight stimulant like caffiene. many locals actually chew it.

2 tea bags, 14oz hot water, 20 munites steep. Had to add some splenda, it's like a "wilder" green tea flavor.
