Co-worker's graduation?

A co-worker gave me a graduation notice. I intend on giving her a card, but seems to me a gift probably isn't needed...

Really the only important factors are.

1: Is she hot?
2: Are you single?
3: Is she single?
4: Do you have a chance?

If yes to all or most of the above then get something, if no to all of the above then a card is fine.

At the MOST, I'd give her a card.

Wait till the office starts "passing the hat" to buy a gift...IMO, one of the dumbest ideas ever...but it's pretty common.
