I don't understand your point. Do you mean that artillery isn't a WMD? The US had artillery launched nukes back in the 50's, so the fact that it's artillery neither proves nor disproves its intentions as WMD. Doesn't really mean anything.

I wouldn't say that. What if they made nerve gas 5 years ago and gave it to terrorists back then? Then they could have switched the facilities over to make pesticides. For all we know they could have produced WMD already and gave it away to people who they knew would use it.

I don't think we'll ever be able to say that there's no longer a danger of being attacked. As long as there are people that hate us, it's always a possibility.

BTW NK has signaled they are willing to have multilateral talks with the US, Iran has extended an olive branch, Russia is currently making evrery attempt to get their heads back up our a*s where it belongs, what happened to the rest of your anti-US bullsh*t posts??????
