More "intelligent" discussion on P&N I see. Wow. There is truly a dearth of topics today apparently....
I don't watch CNN anyway. It's not a new network anymore and hasn't been for some time.
Fox is certainly no better and much more politically biased. They are ANYthing but journalists over there.

You guys are pathetic -- Maybe Cheney should stick to trying to take away his daughters rights

What about this liberal media

That was a campaign ad. I didn't know you considered Bush campaign ads as part of the "media."

Do you think the media doesn't screen the ads before they air them? Or maybe they just thought Bush and his crew were gonna bring honor and decency back to the white house?

You think any channel is going to turn down money? Are you trying to say that since channels aired Bush ads, they aren't liberal? I'm pretty sure foxnews aired Kerry ads...

I think the black X is the handiwork of a higher intelligence, an intelligent designer, if you will.

I mean, could a perfect, black X just appear by accident?

LOL, funny how fast the right wing people (who love to use the tin foil hat expression on others) jump on this as a conspiracy. Sheep.

We have FoxNews on here at workd 24/7 and I don't ever remember seeing a positive ad for Kerry on. Plenty of SBVT ads and tons of Bush ads.....but never a single Kerry ad.

Why? Did they have the better sense to flash a target, instead of an "X" over Cheney's face?

Seems to me that there was an "X" so I don't see how you or others can claim anything. The FACT is that it was there. Drudge did not say it was intentional, did he? Seems to me he was reporting the news of this event. Just because it may have been an unrepeatable glitch does not mean Drudge or ntdz were wrong.

Couldn't agree more, especially with that last sentence.

Someone's idea of a joke maybe, someone who might be unemployed now too! ;) Cnn doing this intentionally seems odd...
