Oh, it matters in some ways. If there's been fraud, deal with it - though a Kerry spokesperson in the past has said they were interested in Ohio not for fraud, but to make sure the machinations of voting work properly. It doesn't matter in the way that would help the lame allegation that this was a stolen election. But by all means, busy yourself with this.
