Yes, you read correctly, CNN are now reporting that cuckholding can be "positive" according to their "study" (done by far left radicals). Only the party of freakshows (far left Dems) would assert that this is healthy and only CNN would run a piece like this. Then you read who worked on this "study" and it's Dan Savage. Go look him up if you are unfamiliar - not a surprise he is trying to normalize this crap. CNN is living up to the "C" in its name again (maybe you can guess what the C stands for) and would probably be teaching this garbage to your kids if they had the chance.

Ew, he's back.

I don't think a discussion on legal sexual fetishes needs to intersect with a discussion on politics.

Otherwise we would never hear the end of GOP legislators who ban gay marriage by day and frequent men's bathroom stalls by night.

Do whatever makes you happy. There is no right/wrong way to enjoy sex as long as it's legal and all parties consent.

That was probably what Harvey Weinstein thought when he convinced all those actresses to do weird stuff. The fringe stuff will eventually come back around as sexual harassment or abuse etc... Those wives will likely say they were forced to do it later on. What are the people going to believe the story of the husband that it was consensual? Probably not and the jury of the public is far worse than that in court room. Even if it was "technically" consensual.

Also, this is more like a book review by a guest author of books about sex, less an actual news report. Not much different than Lee Child reviewing a new thriller for the NYT.

Does it even need to be stated that you can construct a study to support anything you want to? Idiots think the last study somehow disproves all other conflicting data. Same story, different day.

Who gives a crap. None of my biz. If they're not healthy, that sucks. If that's heathy, good for them.

Methinks the right-wing authoritarian doth protest too much.

Listen champ. Just tell your significant other that you want a monogamous relationship.

It'll all be ok.

On the one hand, if no one experiences threat to their autonomy or physical safety, why the hell should anyone render moral judgment on a person's choices for expression of sexuality and sexual fantasy, particularly if those expressions are providing psychological function.

On the other hand, if people in society weren't so pent up about providing moral judgments about other's sexuality, then the psychological power of those sexual expressions would be deflated.

So I guess I'm taking the position of not being an asshole but being thankful that some people are assholes. It's a win-win.

You could say he's a cucktivist.

I wonder if lawyers ever get men in their offices fantasizing about the child support payments for children that aren't even theirs. Counselor, tell me how much I'll have to pay for this child that isn't mine.... hnnngghhhh.

You could almost say, that in a society where anything goes, less goes. Right?

Haha. Who knows what that would be like unless we get there. Part of the problem is there are lots of people who support very strong and generally liberal ideals that aren't, in reality, nearly as flexible as they profess. Different side of the same coin of conservative idealists who commit adultery, etc. Real progress in society is not so much about deciding on the right moral ideals as it is being much better at honoring them and challenging ourselves to examine those ideals when something happens that might be discordant with them -- and, really, a pivotal step is recognizing situations when such an examination is relevant. See: Trump's base. Lots of things can be distorted and rationalized to convince yourself that everything fits when it just doesn't.

Hey now, if Fox News baits Trump with their coverage and analysis of certain stories, then why can't CNN bait Melania???

This is what happens when you spend too much time watching Hannity.
You have trouble processing simple articles not directly related to current talking points.

A new term has been thrust upon the public and a news org published an article expanding on it because editors decided it might generate some clicks.
For those that don't live in a hut, your neighborhood is filled with people who are little more into "other things" than you. Occasionally, reporters do their job and report on things going on the world.

In case anyone is interested in the actual study itself:

https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s10508-017-1096-0

Yup, they didn't interview anyone heterosexual for the "study" - only 580 men who self-identified as gay. Once again CNN posting more fake news before reviewing the source since they generalized this study to ALL couples. Keep fighting the good fight for your cucks, CNN. And anyone whose wife is ok with this - feel free to send me a message so I can come over. I won't even charge and give you guys the ATPN discount, *wink wink*. You guys may even get a kid with amazing genetics to boot that you can raise. Think about how healthy this would be for your marriage to be raising a little Speedy.

I'm not sure I understand why the Republicans/"conservatives" of today would be concerned. After all their entire party is based on Trump having cucked them.

Not all conservatives are alike, in all ways. Some of them are interested in the state of American "journalism" which clickbait is destroying. CNN is just trying to compete with even less reputable websites. So many arrogant liberals around here, assuming they know all conservatives. Not all conservatives watch fox news, either, which would have been your counterexample, "if they were interest in journalism..."

Didn't actually read it, due to lack of interest, but it's likely to support whatever I just typed. See also www.google.com

I find it kinda disturbing, but at the end of the day I honestly don't care what people do in their own lives. Foot fetish? Go for it. Rape fetish? Go for it as long as it's consensual...

I'm pretty sure most people on this forum have a fetish outside of sex in the missionary position for the sole purpose of procreation, so no need to give the 'holier than thou' bullshit message.

The title of the study indicates to us that you are not the brightest bulb in the lamp.
