Now that the old bad guys are dead, I hope the rebuilding of Iraq goes well. If we don't do a good job getting Iraq stable, in time more new bad guys could come into power and we will just be over there again in ~20 years.

I would not hold up much hope of this changing things. Many people there do not like us, and discontent will translate into violence against us.

Wow. Hopefully they'll be able to confirm their identities via DNA. And also, give the $15 million bounties to the person who gave their location. :D

So for all you whiners out there, you need to STFU. Reality is brutal! war is brutal! open your history book and show me a war thats humane.
I don't need to need to open a history book. I was in one as a civilian & was shot at & bombed on by both side.

Am I the only one a bit worried here? The deaths of Uday and Qusay probably aren't being recieved well by the loyalists, which may result in more and stronger attacks against the American troops in Iraq.

90-95% sure it was them. can you imagine being one of the soldiers outside that house? sweeet!

Yeah, that would be so sweet, getting shot at all day, then getting to kill 4 people and find out one of them was a teenage kid. I bet you'd feel so great.

That "teenager" was probably shooting at them along with everyone else in the house. If not, sh!t happens.

Not untill it is your 14 year old that got kill.

What the US doing is similar to what the Israelies/Sharon is doing killing people unjustly. I what about taking them to the world court so we can at least hear their side of the story befor the kangaroo court hang them.

Does it make us any better than them when we cheers that our boys have a kill?

Hypocrite!

Uh, way to miss the point. If I'm a soldier and some teenage kid is shooting at me, then I would feel perfectly justified in shooting him. As far as I'm concerned, it's not unjust killing if the kid is shooting at you. I wouldn't expect to live if I opened fire on a bunch of soldiers, and I doubt any teenagers in Iraq are so stupid they would expect anything else either. They know perfectly well what they are doing.

Killing innocent, unarmed people is one thing, but if they are shooting at you, tough sh!t for them. And speaking of hypocrates, apparently you think it's "unjust" when the US kills someone who's shooting them, but you fail to mention the Palestinians who blow themselves up in a market full of unarmed people. That's certainly "just".

I didni't mention the Palestinians, because we & the Israelies supposedly are more civilize, and because we have learn from the past that an eye for an eye type of justice has never worked. There are 2 way for peace that we know, one is through diplomacy and the other is to compleately wipe out the Infidels.

Bam, that's the first good iraq-related news I've heard in a long while.

But how is this killing hussein's kids exactly justice

These guys were first class son's of b1tches, it's not like they were innocent bystanders.

Yes, how soon people forget.

Uday once orgainized a militia that beheaded about 50 women who were supposedly prostitites. This info didn't come from the White House but Amnesty International. Some of the women's heads were even stuck up on their own front doors as examples to others. I'm glad Sadaam's sons are dead and I don't feel too guilty in saying it.

I would rather see Saddam personally captured and tried publically. No secret tribunal. Might answer a lot of questions out there.

That would be interesting....

I think someone from the crowd would kill him outright. We'd have to put some really, really tight security around him for him to last long enough for a public trial of some kind.

As an aside....does the headline trumped really work as a card analogy? Since the sons where two aces wouldn't somebody need to bring out a Jack ?
