I have noticed a number of people in different threads expressing their displeasure with CNN.com's relatively new format of posting articles in flash video format. I very much dislike this as well, and it's occurred to me that we could let CNN know that we are not particularly happy with their decision to do this.

CNN general feedback form:

I think this would be a worthy cause for "The ATOT Effect(TM)" ..

I use flashblock and cnn doesn't even give me the usual option to play their video's like most sites do, just an error message telling me that I must be using something to block flash content.:disgust:

 Just discovered flashblock has a white list in its options that lets flash content work on specific sites only and now the cnn videos work fine.

Bump to remind everyone to send CNN tons of creative invective regarding their recent policy of replacing plain old text/html with flash video.

I think it's amusing that everyone hates CNN videos and wants text-based content when CNN was specifically founded as a video news service; the Cable News Network. Don't get me wrong, I hate the videos too, I just love the irony of it all.
