CNET Reviews Dropcam

CNET has just posted an article reviewing Dropcam, an IP camera that can stream video footage to your computer. I wonder what folks have to say on the article and the camera. If you have a spare couple of minutes, have a look at it and post back with any thoughts/comments.

I think you're missing the point a bit... there are a lot of cameras you can buy that live on the network and stream via IP, some of them < $100. What the DropCam does that's interesting is that it streams to a place OTHER than your PC, namely a server farm owned by the company.

I could see some people having a use for it...
