CMS Script, Which is best?

Where can I find a good cms that can handle news posting with comments, articles with comments and forums? Is something like purchasing invision or vbulletin and finding a mod the best way to go?
 
mambo doesn't include any forum software or modules for reviews. I don't trust phpnuke as it has a lot of security holes.
 
i'm still looking for one that allows each user to have their own root directory. it's for hosting multiple sites :|

I guess news/articles/reviews would be the main thing. I could always plug vbulletin into it. A lot of these opensource cms's use phpbb, which I refuse to use.
 
Has anyone come across a CMS that has a calendar for each user--a calendar that is viewable by anyone but can only the specific user can modify calendar entries.
