CMOS Problem?

... but will with a warm reboot.

If you shutdown completely, all the CMOS settings go back to default.

MB: Shuttle AN35
CPU: Barton 2500+


The system has been running for almost a year now and this is the first this has happened.

I'm thinking I need to replace the CMOS battery. Can anybody confirm this or have had the same problem?

Yes, I think you need a new battery.

But as far as easy. I have had times when I would be saying some bad words when trying to get one of these little jokers out of the M/B. On some M/Bs they can be a real pain to get out !!!
