CMOS entry re DRAM - is it set for best performance

Question re memory?
I have a MS 6340 motherboard which takes SDRAM x 133. I have two 256 sticks in two of the three slots.
I have had recent bootup problems, during which I used the jumpers to re set the CMOS values.
Now that I am going OK, I have had a look in the CMOS and under
Advanced Chipset Setup there is this entry

DRAM Frequency 100 Mhz

The 100 Mhz value seems changeable. In view of the SDRAM x 133 type memory stick I have in the mobo, should not the 100Mhz value be changed to 133Mhz for me to get the best out out the memory sticks?
Or am I way off beam here and I should leave well alone??
Please only advise if you are sure of this question. I don?t want to make an irrevocable mistake.
Thanks
