Booted for the first time, smelled smoke, shut it off. No monitor plugged in at the time...
Upon later inspection everyting seemed fine (maybe just the power supply burning a little rubber)
now when I boot I get the following error: (it detects the duron 950 fine and checks the RAM and finds all the disk drives...)
<3 beeps>
CMOS Battery Low
Keyboard Error
CMOS Memory Size Wrong
Press F1 to run Setup...
Press F2 to load defaults and continue...
I tried clearing the CMOS by means of the jumper (left it on the clear for ~30 seconds)
Then I tried resetting, and get basically the same thing:
<3 beeps>
CMOS Setting Wrong
Keyboard Error
CMOS Memory Size Wrong
Press F1 to run Setup...
Press F2 to load defaults and continue...
What else can I do???
I'm pretty sure its not a keyboard error b/c I've tried 2 different keyboards in it, 1 verified working...
