What does this mean and how can I correct this?
I replaced my Motherboard battery already twice.
My bios keeps crashing on me. I'm about to smash this motherboard to kingdom come.

Have you gone back in to the bios to reset all your settings? Once you change the battery it will dump your settings, and you have to go back in and set them again. Do you get the error every time? When did it start happening? What motherboard do you have. What do you mean by your bios keeps crashing on you?

It doesn't happen every time
I have a ECS K7SEM micro-ATX Socket A Board
I reset the settings.
What I mean by it crashing is that is freezes and locks when I'm in the BIOS menu.

If you are locking up while in the bios menu, you definatly have some kind of hardware issue. If you don't have the most recent bios version for your motherboard, you may want to try and update the bios. There is a pretty good chance your motherboard is bad. What are your full system specs?
