CMOS/BIOS Question

Just starting to explore my CMOS settings and in the BIOS Features Setup my Virus Warning is disabled... is this a good thing? Using Win98SE and NAV5.01. Is there any way I can print each screen of my CMOS Setup? Thanks for your help.

The Virus warning in the BIOS checks if anything tries to mess with the boot sector. I usually leave it on unless I am installing an OS or messing with partitions.

As for printing the BIOS, I doubt there is an easy way that doesn't involve taking a picture of it since the BIOS doesn't have printer drivers or anything.

I will enable it pronto! Been caught by a boot virus before. My PC is only 7 months old and I think it's weird that the manufacturer set the default to disable. Appreciate your help... thank you. 🙂
