hello... I'm planning to buy a CM hyper TX 212 plus... is this a good CPU cooler over the Arctic freezer 64 pro?

and would it fit inside an antec 300?

Best AM2-AM3 heatsink available for the moment. Replace the stock fan tho. First installation might be a pain if you don't like to remove your motherboard, but after that, it's easy to use.
 
lol i would hardly call it the best AM2-AM3 heatsink, the TRUE and Megahalems both have mounts for that socket as well. for the price though, the TX 212 plus should be much better than the 64 pro
