CM-830 Cross-flow fan?

Skott

I been wanting to see how the cross-flow fan for the CM-830 looks but have yet seen a pic of one yet. Any CM-830 users got a pic or two of how it looks installed they could post? I'm really curious how well it looks and how well it performs.

Thanks In Advance,
~Skott~

Great Skott, what a find!!!

Hey, I just wanted to thank both you and RiDe for the information. This sounds so far like a great option. The big question for me is whether or not I can make it work in my Thermaltake XaserIII case.

Thanks again and lemme get to reading the excellent link RiDe provided!

Crud! It looks like a case and not a case mod like my pea sized brain originally thought. Do they make a full sized case version of this deal?

Your Xaser III has a fan on the other side already right?

Unless you feel like opening it up a little more like the Stackers I don't think it's worth it.

Thanks alot for that link, RiDE. I greatly appreciate it. This just reinforces my belief the CM-830 is the right case for my next build. I'll definatly want that cross-flow fan for it as well.

I read one professional review of that silverstone cross fan and the reviewer said it was very noisey. Not sure if thats true though. I would think it would be quiet. I have read that the one made for the CM-830 however is very quiet. I'd go with the one made specifically for the CM-830. Just my opinion on it.
