I've been getting a lot of lag and packet loss in my online games lately. Is there a program out there that will let me monitor what programs are accessing the internet and a way to let me close them? Maybe some software is running in the backround taking my bandwith up.

Eh, I don't like firewalls screwin up my games. The router's got a built in one. Just dont get why my pings are twice that of my roommates... he's on the same router, same connection, etc. as me. Both of us have nice comps.
