Closing out multiple windows in Firefox

So generally I have two windows of Firefox open, one with gmail and meebo open, and the other for general browsing, and want to figure out a way to be able to close out both windows so if I open firefox again and restore the session, both windows will open again.

As it stands if I close one at a time, it'll restore the instance of the last one I close unless I use task manager to end the session or restart my computer. Is there a way to be able to restore the session without closing firefox in the task manager?
