Yup, so I'm supposed to close today at 4:00 PM but I have this feeling it is not going to happen. You see, part of my loan is being subsidized through the state government. It is a loan that first time buyers can get if they agree to certain terms such as not renting the place out. Now, after getting a moving truck from U-Haul and some friends corralled to start the moving process tonight, I hear that the state is moving slow since this is a holiday week and we may need to push my close to Monday.

Oh yes, who doesn't want to close on a Monday?

Ah well I'll update as I hear anything just wanted to share my frustration.
 
Tell them that if they don't finish that loan, you'll put stricnine in the guacamole...
