Closer RAM ratio or high FSB

Just wondering if it would be wiser to run my system at 11.5x183 at 4:3 or 11x200 at 3:2 and which will yield the best performance before I actually try it?

If it was a P4 I would say high fsb but since it's an Athlon you should keep your ram at 1:1 ratio.

maybe 12.5X 166 ?
