something up with atotchat.org right now?

Hmmm, maybe. I can see some flash code in the page source, but nothing opens up for me in either Firefox or IE. Sent mail to the atotchat.org address and have not heard back. Probably temporary.

Bump for the people who want in on the offer!

Also, I have a question, does the hosting support php or asp? I have some html documents that refer to other pages with the <!--include... for the time being from my old host. However, I cannot invoke them now.

Also, can I use an FTP client for uploads?

This is probably a dumb question but:

When registering a domain name with any particular web host, what happens in the event that the service becomes unavailable (e.g. if it's a commercial service and it goes out of business or for whatever other reason) or if a client decides he/she needs a more powerful and spacious host?

Can domain names be easily transferred to other hosts?

Do you lost the domain name?

Is there a good way to estimate the basic space and bandwitdth needs of a typical website?

When you register your domain, use a company such as Namecheap or Go Daddy. They are good registrars.

Once you choose a host it is very easy to move to another host when/if needed. It is just a matter of updating your nameservers with your registrar and uploading your files to the new site.

I would suggest going with a smaller web hosting account and if you need more space or bandwidth, it is just a matter of contacting your host and they can easily increase your quotas. If you need to host multipy domains, try a reseller account.
