"Closed course, professional driver"

Apparently, car commercials and lawyers do not mix. Anyone else notice that there's hardly a car ad without a "Closed course- professional driver" or "do not attempt" disclaimer?? A reminder
of today's litigious society in which we live.....how ridiculous.

"You could drive this vehicle like this, but you really shouldn't"

What's next? Parking lot attendant carefully manuevering a new Lexus to a slot...fine print reads "Closed lot....professional valet.......do not attempt"

I always wondered if you screwed up your new 4x4 driving it like they do in the commercials if they would claim you "abused" it for driving it like the example they set.

I think I will try it and sue someone.
