a sorta long, and crazy story that happened to me friday night:
I was watching the UT vs UConn basketball game with one of my friends, and this girl Im dating, and her 2 friends, and we were getting completely wasted. Afterwards we went to their place and continued to drink, and then me and my friend met some of my other friends at a bar. Afterwards I get a call from the girl I am dating asking me to come over... so I do. Its like 3AM and she wants to get stoned, so we go find a dealer friend of mine. She lights up 2 joints on the way home in my car, and she was completely wasted. I drop her off at her place, and I head home. Its like 4 AM now.
Then I get pulled over by the Austin Police Dept for doing 45 in a 30. As the officer walks up to my window I turn the air conditioning full blast, trying to blow the pot smell outta my car. He taps on my window and I roll it down... he catches a whiff of the pot. "Will you step outta the car, son" he told me. We walked me over to his car, and searched me for drug paraphenalia... I had none. He then gave be a sobriety test.. I passed since it had been at least 2 hours since I had been drinking. He then searched my car... and found nothing. I then told him a complete bullshit story...
I said "I was at a party with a couple of friends watching the game, and we all got drunk. They however were too drunk to drive home, so I said I would be the designated driver. I was taking them all home, but one of them brought a joint into my car and smelled it up, and I threw it outta the window. I just finished dropping them off, and its 4AM, Im tired and I was just trying to get home quickly."
The cop bought the story and let me off with just a warning! Talk about close calls!
