I have an ATI Radeon 9700 Pro (Retail) card using my TV as a display (primary), and a 15" LCD in the VGA port (secondary). I want to clone the TV image (or the LCD image) to show up on both displays. I have seen this thread, but it says to press the little thing that looks like a clipboard icon in the Displays section of the ATI Control Panel. However, I don't have that. Instead, it just has a 1 or 2. If I both put it on 1, it gives me an error. If I close out of the control panel and in the settings of Displays in Windows I unselect Extend my Windows Desktop onto this Monitor, the display turns off.
I need to have the cloning mode, so any help would be great. I am using Catalyst 3.4 and Control Panel 5006.
