If this cult even exists and finds a perfect sampling of Jesus' DNA, I think it's wrong to clone Him.
But for the sake of argument, let's say they do plan to clone Him. Sure -- he'll look like Jesus, and may even have the same voice. But the same mind? Doubtful. Regardless of how advanced our cloning procedures turn out to be, Jesus' personality cannot be replicated simply by putting his genes back in place. Our emotions, feelings and thoughts are greatly influenced by time (i.e., as we live today), our environment, and other physical factors. If we really want an exact duplicate of Jesus (impossible via cloning), we'd need for him to be brought up the same way as he did 2000 years ago -- grow up in Israel, go through the same issues, study carpentry, etc. It would not be the same.
