Hope this the right place for a topic like this, I wasn't sure. Here's the deal: I got 2 new HDD's (SATA western digital Raptors a 36 and 74 GB) and I have one HDD in my computer as of right now(EIDE 80GB), so what I did was install Norton Ghost 9.0 and I cloned 1 HDD to the other (the PATA 80 to the SATA 74 GB) and I then restarted the computer, and booted off of the new drive...it worked, or did it? so I then took oit the EIDE drive and put the other 36GB raptor in its place and tried to fire up the comp, it loaded normally untill it got to the part of the windows XP logon where you choose the user... it didn't freeze though, the mouse was moving, but it wouldnt go any further....so I was then not sure what to do, so I put the win-XP cd in and booted on to that and tried to repair it, and it gets into the setup of windows XP and it just restarts the comp...so I guess i dinno what I should do... Note: I still have the old EIDE HDD... thank in advance for anyone who has some insight.
