Cloning Harddrives

I just ordered a new sata harddrive and my current sata is loaded with games and i do not want to reload windows or the games,drivers, blah blah blah. What is the best program to use and will it boot if i clone my current drive?
 
norton ghost, true image or powerquest drive image work great. i hear that norton ghost has an issue handling raid setups and ive started using true image and it works fantastic!

forget ghost. Its old news. True Image is absolutely perfect
and if you want even a better product than that for this type of situtation, simply use Acronis Migrate Easy. Its designed for just this kind of process.

Acronis has some great products.
 
I have been using True Image 7 for several months and now use True Image 8 ... it's an excellent way to go. I have used Drive Image in the past and I find True Image to be better.
 
Do any of these work as a 'bootable' live CD? I've got an upcomming project that requires me to clone 6 machines with NTFS disks. If I can avoid installing any additional software on the drives, I want to.

If none boot like Knoppix LiveCD, is it possible to have a 'cloning' PC with the software, then just install the source and target disks and it clone them?
