CloneCD: Do I have to burn it to a CD to get the files?

Juniper, if I remember right, you would have to burn the image to a CD. If you're concerned about wasting a CDR, use a CD-RW. Hope this helps.

Ok, is there a way I can convert a clonecd to bin/cue format?

I believe CDMage (freeware), ISOBuster (freeware), and WinISO (shareware) can do this (but only WinISO can add files to existing images).
