Clock counting too slowly?

My clock is counting too slowly. I have set it via time.windows.com repeatedly, to the correct time. I can come back an hour later, and it is a couple minutes slow. The computer has not been turned off at all, and has had an active connection to the internet the whole time. My mobo is an Albatron KT600 with an Athlon XP 2700 etc etc.

Any suggestions?

Hi,
You most probably need to change the CMOS battery.

Make sure you write down the settings in the BIOS before you do, as you will have to reset your previous settings.
