It has potential, especially for an indie film. The biggest dangers are overusing memes, and technobabble; especially the technobabble. If it's overdone, or incorrect, it makes things hard to watch.

Yeah nothing frustrates me more than technobabble that's wrong. At least get it right! Hacking related movies tend to be bad for that. Like two people on the same keyboard LOL. "help me hack the gibson I can't do this on my own I'll take these keys you take those!"

I think the idea of incorporating internet memes into a movie is kinda cool though, it makes the movie more, I don't know what word I'm looking for here, down to earth? Basically, it's stuff that everyone can actually understand and relate to. It's kinda neat to see a meme pic or something in a movie and be like "hey I've seen that one!". I don't know, I just think it can be kind of neat.

Most movies these days are all 100% fiction and every thing in them is made up from the scenes to the technology used, which for most purposes is fine and entertaining, but it's always cool to have one that has real life every day stuff in it.
