Clinto vetoed three welfare reform bills before finally signing one and in 1993 he said with no great conviction that the budget could be balanced in 7 - 10 years.

Of course, the libs think that Clinton was a great president.

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. Clarke from what I can tell was a completely incompetent fool for both Clinton and Bush. Brilliant idea to call Quatar's prince and talk to him about OBL being at thier private compound in Afghanistan in 1998-99. Gee what a surprise, shortly after that act of brilliance the compound was taken down and OBL was never seen again.
