well its more of a pity thing i think, they pity him too much, it not like he whooped any ones but in a war like desert storm, or broke up some tyrany, or fought majorly with any terrorists. he was the OJ simpson president, the Oprah winfrey not eat beef pres, the bosnia pres, which we where a little lax on, i think either germany or russia complained we where a little to slow.

he didn't make any major waves outside the US, and so many things, like columbine, few dozen wild fires, oklahoma city, where there floods and riots too? million man march, elian, star wars coming back to theaters.. those things kept us from hating him too much, he seemed to be there, when bad stuff happened... few huricanes right? i think when the first bush was in, many times i remember the vice pres calling or visiting crisis in the US.

plus the flourish of the economy at the end...
