1) Clinton Lied under oath to protect himself and his marriage from an sexual affiar with a consenting adult woman. Nobody was hurt, maimed, killed or otherwise injured. It still makes for a good joke over a couple "cock-tales".

2) Dr. Rice Lied under oath to protect The President and any chance he still has left to retain his presidency. 3,000 people died on 9/11, hundreds have since died and thousnads injured in Afganistan and Iraq, many will need years of psychiatric care for years after thier return from war.
